#GYHS2015: A Resounding Success and a Day to Remember!

On September 26th, 2015, #MDJunior hosted its inaugural Global Youth Health Summit at Emory University, uniting students, academia, and industry professionals to empower and inspire #YouthInHealth. The event exceeded all expectations, becoming a memorable day for everyone involved.

Our attendees and Youth Fellows were motivated to embrace their leadership potential through engaging keynotes, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. This unique experience allowed them to connect with distinguished speakers and exhibitors from the fields of public health, entrepreneurship, and policymaking.

As Nelson Mandela once said, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."

And that day, we witnessed the power of education in action.

We were thrilled to welcome 150 registered attendees, including 100 handpicked youth fellows representing 31 schools and universities across six states. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to all our world-class speakers, generous sponsors, and enthusiastic youth fellows. A special shout-out to our outstanding GYHS Team for their unwavering dedication and leadership.
